We have created this statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not collect personally identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us. Providing such information is strictly voluntary. 1.  Handling of your donation information

When you donate to Arts Council of Mongolia-US, your contact and payment information is transferred by Squarespace’s SSL secure connections to the credit-card processor, Stripe. Stripe is PCI compliant. Arts Council of Mongolia-US will receive reports of your contact information, date and amount of donation, but not your full credit card number. The information we receive from your donation will be used for our accounting, for acknowledging your gift and for keeping you up-to-date about our activities unless you opt not to receive such information.

If you would like to request that we delete your personal information, please send your request to ArtsCouncilofMongolia-US@outlook.com. We will respond to you to confirm receipt of your request. Except in situations where we are unable to comply due to a legal obligation or an ongoing contractual relationship, we will comply with such request within thirty (30) calendar days.

Our website is published in the United States and is subject to laws of the United States. If you are located in a country outside the United States and voluntarily submit personal information to us, you thereby consent to the general use of such information as provided in this Privacy Policy and to the transfer of that information to, and/or storage of that information in, the United States. Arts Council of Mongolia-US shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages resulting from use of information collected from visitors to our websites.
